Damaged table top

The table top came damaged due to how it was packed. Perhaps this was repackaged due to a return and therefore the support strip inside was loose or the original packaging material was not used. I tried 3x contacting Walmart customer service and return process was not easy at all and failed each time. Ended up logging in and using the website to schedule the return and pickup.
