Purchased 2 coats. One was for a family member as a gift and the other was for myself. The one I purchased for the family member fit just right, but the one I got for myself was a little small. Overall, I liked the coat, and it is very warm. I tried to submit a request to return the coat and was met with some difficulty, which I disliked. This is the reason for the 3-star rating. I had to send a message/email to the seller who seemed to not want me to return the coat but to just give or send it to another family member or friend that it would fit. They mentioned expensive shipping and return costs as the reason and instead offered me 30% of the refund. I didn't quite understand what they meant by that, since I had to pay the purchased price, plus the shipping ($8.94 x 2) for both coats. I thought that was unacceptable and very bad customer service on their part. I informed them again that I still wanted to return the coat for a full refund. I submitted the request a 2nd time via my Wal-Mart account and it went through. The coat will be picked up on Monday.
