For what it is, basically a sleeping bra for nursing mothers, it's perfect. I can't justify spending a penny more on a sleeping bra. Fits very nicely. Kind of feels like a tee shirt for your boobs. I'm a size 34-36B, my cup is on the larger side when engorged and it fits well. If you have very large breast I'm no sure if it would give enough support, but for me it's perfect.

i'm not a nursing mom anymore, though i did breastfeed my 3 children, my oldest is grown and my youngest is in school. i discovered when i was breastfeeding my youngest child, the nursing sleep bra is awesome for comfort and every day wear, i can't tolerate any other bra now. i've worn the nurture by lamaze nursing sleep bra, and loving moments by leading lady, this bra is worth much more than the $10 price tag, it's amazingly comfortable and i don't understand the last reviewer's criticism of the fabric? this bra says on the label it's 86% cotton, 10%polyester4% spandex. it's so awesome! and i have sensitive skin, it doesn't pinch, i did purchase an XL (i've discovered sizing up is more comfortable) also? follow the label instructions- hand wash only! hang it up to dry, never use a washer and dryer! it will feel great wearing a lot longer
