    I can breathe!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this nasal spray! One dose of this last me personally about 10hrs. I get horrible sinus congestion with my allergies and also during cold and flu season but this spray helps me breath much much easier!

    Immediate Sinus Relief

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zicam Intense Sinus Relief is a no-drip liquid nasal gel that contains Oxymetazoline hydrochloride (nasal decongestant), menthol, and eucalyptus. The gel is easy to use, portable, and provides instant relief of blocked nasal passages .I used to use a menthol cream at bedtime, and it would always end up wiping onto my bedding ... so the inclusion of menthol in a spray form is a Godsend, and lasts through the night (lasts up to 12 hours). Dosage:adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age, 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril (not more often than every 10 to 12 hours.not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period).
