Sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use. Do not use more often than once every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24 hour period. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor. To use pump: Remove cap and safety clip. Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between fingers. Before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times. Store at room temperature 15 degrees C - 29 degrees C (59 degrees F - 84 degrees F). Ask a doctor before use if you have: heart disease; high blood pressure; thyroid disease; diabetes; trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland. When using this product: Do not use more than directed. Do not use more than 3 days. Use only as directed. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. Temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing, or an increase in nasal discharge may result. Use of this container by more than 1 person may spread infection. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.     The best, sinus relief

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few days ago I received my zicam sample for intense sinus, I liked it a lot if it decongests very well the nose is very good, I suffer from sinucitis, zicam has made me breathe better, I always wondered why they did not sell products that contain menthol or eucalyptus all in one and I have never seen one in the store that contains those ingredients, until now they sent me this sample of zicam, all in the same package. Thanks is the best they could send me. It is very desperate to have my nose covered and not find a good medicine that will help me, but now I have the best one, from now on I will keep buying it and of course I will recommend it with my friends and family. thank you.     Best sinus spray ever

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the zicam sinus spray right on time. I recently got an upper respiratory infection, and this spray really helped my stuffy head. I used it as directed, my nose didn't get stopped up at all. I could breath easily and it actually cleared up the sinus pressure I was feeling. I will definitely purchase more in the future.
