Lexington Large Wood Dining Set with 6 Window Back Chairs, Dark Denim

We needed to replace our dining area table pretty badly and since we have toddlers weren't ready to shell out lots of money. I had trouble at first committing to buying this table. We desperately needed to be able to accomodate 6 but since we do not have a formal dining room we really could not fit a giant table like most furniture stores had shown on their websites. I was considering ikea since that was where we got the chairs and was thinking that their furniture might be a little higher quality but learned that its all made of the same materials. We decided to take the risk and save the money and get this table. Site-to-store pick-up was unusually easy (terrible at christmas-time.) I found it very easy to assemble that even my 3 & 4yr old helped. The table is gorgeous and exceeded my expectations by far! It has nice thickness to the legs that it doesnt look skimpy or cheap. I would've never guessed if seeing this table in someone's home that it was as inexpensive as it is. Another review said that this table could not accomodate 6 people. You can seat 6 however there is not quite enough room for 6 formal full place settings (placemats/chargers etc.) It did have small amount of damage to one corner of the top but from reading other reviews we kind of expected some level of damage. We decided not to go through the effort of returning it and I used a black "sharpie" and hid the chip in the paint seamlessly. Cleans very easily!
