I asked them two comparitivelly simple questions which I finally figured out on my own and they said they don;t deal with that - huh getting on line. I wouod suggest save your money on this contract. I do not recommend it at all.

This was bought for my mother , so I haven't used it much, but my first impressions was it was very thin and light. Also booted quickly compared to the older computers I own. I'm not sure how the battery life is as after I set it up and handed it over to my mom and she is not aa heavy user.
