55186NI Kichler Lighting Madden - 4 Light Bath Vanity-10.5 Inches Tall and 34 Inches Wide-Brushed Nickel Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had SUCH high hopes for this Kichler Madden 34 Inch 4 Light Vanity. When it arrived, the fixture looked sturdy and shiny and I could not wait to put it up. Then came the installation. My favorite part-time installer (my husband) was the one that put up my shiny new toy and as soon as he opened up the hardware package, he was already less than impressed. Although the fixture looked great, the hardware to put it up was less sturdy than expected. The installation was a little more confusing than your run of the mill light fixture due to the very precise order of directions, one misstep and you're backtracking for half an hour, so DO NOT skimp on reading the directions first! When it came time to put up the glass pieces, I'm thankful my husband doesn't have any bigger hands than he does for if not, there's no way he would've been able to screw them in. The glass felt easily breakable, the metal pieces around it weren't the strongest, and overall, I think this fixture LOOKS spectacular, but doesn't give the luxury feel all the way through. If only the pieces people don't see matched in quality to the pieces people do, this light would have been spectacular.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sets of lights are beautiful , however it lacked quality control. I tried assembling the glass cups onto to the bulb brackets but the screw caps would not tighten to secure the glass caps in place. I mixed and matched the screw caps with the different bulbs but to no avail. The screw caps are too long and the glass cups itself is blocking the screw from fastening itself in. It is unfortunate that I am not able to install these as they will be a hazard in the bathroom since the glass cups are not able to be securely fastened to the fixture.
