My husband loves this shampoo , but the pump feature does not work. Cannot get the top of the pump to pop up. So we can actually get the shampoo out. We have a previous bottle and the pump broke on it once we were halfway through the bottle. Shampoo is great though

Great product bit vendor sent hairspray instea!

I've been using the entire line of Living Proof Perfect Hair Day products for years and they are all excellent. But the vendor sent a can of Krnra hairspray INSTEAD OF THE SHAMPOO! THAT I ORDERED!! And it was delayewd and delayed before I received the wrong product. I called Walmart and was asked if I wanta refund, but I told the guy I want the shapoo that I ordered! So he said he would tell the vendor to send me the right product but that was yesterday and I still haven't received any notice that will happen. I ordered a 24oz bottle of the hair conditioner (same line) on the same day and that arrived yesterday. It was from a different vendor, however.
