great item for the price. it comes in an awesome case with extra stuff. ear hooks, ear buds, charger, ear plugs,. i liked it so much i ordered another one since i use the Bluetooth all the time. i also use it to listen to music and it allows me to skip forward and backwards to skip songs. it also pauses the music when i push the talk button. The ear hook is soft silicone and the others are plastic. they both turn all the way around to switch ears without having to unhook it.
