When I got them in, I was so amazed how comfortable they were, the hexalite heel on the outsole is firm but has the bounce touch, the insole must have some kind of memory foam, it's so comfortable, the style and design is top noch, I ordered my true size 8 and it fits perfectly, I immediately ordered a second pair and one for my girlfriend, I'll probably order a third pair, i used my first pair at the gym and second pair as a lifestyle option
