A delicious addition to my cookbook shelf
Laila's recipes are easy to follow and delicious. The book is filled with healthy-er versions of some favorite comfort foods and the recipes I've made so far pack a lot of flavor.
disappointed
I was really excited to get this book, however, after reading the recipes, I couldn't afford to make 98% of them. There are too many ingredients in each recipe, and some ingredients are not readily found in mainstream neighborhood grocery stores. You would have to go to a specialty store or health food store. Also, this being a healthy eating book, I was disappointed that nutritional information for the recipes was not included.
