This is an excellent fruitcake, though I think it should have a little more fruit and less nuts. It's boozy and delicious. Many of the complaints about this cake come from people who didn't follow the instructions. This cake MUST BE REFRIGERATED overnight before serving. If it's not cold, it will crumble when sliced. Use a sharp knife like a serrated bread knife.
