The smell is rancid, but they are very easy to take. I've only been using for a few weeks, so no real notice in change of mood. I also take Apple Cider vinegar supplements, Biotin, Evening Primrose, and a multivitamin with these daily. I've noticed a slight increase in my energy, but no weight loss, drastic mood balance (I do feel less quick to anger), or slower PCOS facial hair growth, but with the commitment, I am hopeful.
