it works good, grabs games kinda tight though - too tight it feels. i havent tried duck hunt, hoping they figured out a way to be able to use the gun on a modern television.

First, switch the system to NTSC! My unit was set to PAL which will not run games from the US. I could see them getting a lot of returns based on this alone. System works pretty well. Included controller (Hyperkin Cadet) is one of the better clones and is worth around 12-13 bucks on it's own. The system has played all the cartridges I've put in. My biggest knock is the color is off on the unit. In Super Mario Bros 3 the faces look almost white and you can tell the colors are off in some other games too. It's not a deal breaker the games are still fun but you might notice it. For a cheap way to get Nintendo games going on a TV with HDMI this does the job.
