Forget all of the negative reviews about this shower head, they appear to be from folks that that are either experiencing user error or expecting a $200 showerhead while only spending $24. Yes, this showerhead is primarily plastic as most are unless you are spending $$$, but that has nothing to do with its functionality. For the money, it works beautifully and does what it is supposed to. As far as the water pressure, it should be obvious that if both heads are flowing there won't be as much pressure as it will be if only one is flowing. Again, these people are paying $24 and expecting $200 quality. Stop being cheap and spend the money to get that type of quality if that what you are looking for or get real!

Many practical settings. This is my 2nd one after a little over 2 years; the knob to turn the settings on the handheld head seized up and it broke off when I forced it while the water was spraying out of the head. After about a year and a half or so, it would no longer turn when water was spraying out of the head but still otherwise rotated between settings just fine when no water was coming out of the head as I turned it between the spray options. This was possibly due to some prior calcium build-up we had been unaware of until recently, maybe. Everything else about this item still functioned perfectly. There may be 30 holes in each of the two identical showerheads but they are the same heads and have the same 6 spray options each, period. Great value.
