easy to use balanced and battery laste for three uses recharged quickly and did a good job on my carpeting which is short tufted and the wooded areas liked the way it swivels' it gets around and in between chairs and between not having to move furniture. well satisfied donated my up right vacuum does need to be emptied after each move but no big deal to do

The product is really nice but, I wouldn't pay the original price for it. I was lucky and found it on sale. However, in my opinion that price was still too steep. The main issue I have is the suction! For this to be a $500 vacuum, I expect it to pick up all of the dirt and debris in my carpets and it hardly picks up anything. I was pretty disappointed to be honest.

First of all, the headlights are great. The value is good as I purchased this item on sale at a really big discount. Most other vacuums I have used in the last 60 years do seem to have more power. Works good on tile floors but not too great on carpet. It was easy to put together but with arthritic hands a little hard to take off the stick portion when trying to change it for a tool for vacuuming furniture. All in all, with the sale price, it's a pretty good deal.
