An audible alarm sounds if the temperature goes out of range. We also include a pre-installed 3/8" access port for users to add their own monitoring equipment if preferred. ..The interior includes one wire shelf in the center to hold the temperature probes. Internal LED lighting provides an efficient and convenient view.
