Arrived Damaged-Customer Service not helpful

Love the tables, but the coffee table came damaged. The corner is bent due to being dropped during shipping. Customer Service has not been helpful. I set up a replacement table, but was only able to be refunded. I went to repurchase the table and the cost is $75 more than what I paid. (When I purchased the table it was not on sale). I started a chat with customer service and was told I would have to return the table and repurchase a new one but they could only give me a $5 promo and could not honor the previous purchase price. I spoke to customer service and was told it was all taken care of and a replacement would be shipped once I returned the current table and a confirmation email would be sent to set up the pick up of the damaged table. I have yet to receive the email.
