Anytime we feel run down or feel a cold coming on; we grab a packet. Add to a cup of boiling water and mix well. It does taste like vitamins, which is exactly what it is We have added orange juice or orange Gatorade to make it more palatable Cheaper than Emergen C with same ingredients. Do NOT drink more than 1 @ day. It contains 1000 mg of Vitamin C %26 will upset your stomach. Stay healthy!

morning hot drink is invaluable for immune health

Besides 1000 mg of C, it has D vitamins, one of the things we need to supplement to stay healthy. The zinc of course is always valuable for my immune system. It dissolves easily in hot water and is part of my morning routine.
