The look and fit is great! The leather is supple and feels very expensive.

I wear a 6c with normal arches but my foot hight is great than normal shoes allow. I bought 6w with wide calf and that's what they are! Plenty of room for warm socks without pressure along any part of the foot. I am not a big person and I'm not carrying a lot of extra weight so it was foolish to buy wide calf but I did because I wanted to be able to put wider leg jeans on the inside when the weather was not the best. On these I can stick my jeans and a pistol and still have a bit of room. So wide leg is really wide as the name suggests! Good luck to you. These boot are extremely contforable and would definitely recommend them to anyone, but don't do wide leg unless you have really large calves or carry a very large gun. Enjoy
