This has been a favourite story for millions of children all over the world, and concerns the two children who are taken into the forest. The adaptation by Humperdinck will probably be well-known to many from school productions. This new musical version has taken the story and given it a few unexpected turns along the way. It has a new script and new musical material is planned.
