i ordered 2 of these beds for both of my kids, and they arrived in a timely manner. both beds that were sent to me were missing a part of the frame to complete the setup. my husband was able to use a few things around the house to fix the beds while i emailed the company about the missing parts. the company reponded fast and was able to send out the correct parts i needed to finish the beds or else i would have gave 1 star. other than that, setup was easy to understand and east to put together. beds are very sturdy and would recommend
