WRONG SHIPMENT
Seller mailed the wrong vinyl and wanted me to literally jump through hoops prior to them “investigating” the matter. I informed them immediately of the mistake and that I hadn't opened the incorrect shipment and they still refused to address the matter nor ship out the correct one. I will no longer purchase anything from Deep Discount who is full of deep do do and will go through Wal-mart to get my complete refund. HORRIBLE customer service and does not own up to what could be considered a simple human error. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
