Amazing Company!! Amazing Product!!

My husband and I had an Alice in Wonderland wedding. Since then, we have followed the traditional anniversary gift list (1st Year - Paper, etc) but with an AIW theme. This year was metal and I was thrilled to find this water feature for our deck! But when it arrived, the box was damaged. I emailed the company and was told that they could send out a replacement. I opted to let my husband decide when he opened it in the next few days on our anniversary. Well, he loved it and tried to make it work but it had clearly been bent in shipping. Katie, the Customer Service Rep I had originally notified, went out of her way to make sure we were happy. She sent out a replacement, allowing us to use the new box to return the original fountain, then sent a call tag to pick it up. Easy peasy! And the replacement worked perfectly! If Design Toscano is this good with all of their returns, I would recommend everything they sell!! I do have only one suggestion - get yourself some waterproof clear gloss sealer and give it a couple of coats ahead of time, just for extra protection.

too small of basin, but cute idea

Very cute, but very noisy with the pump being in a metal basin. And the basin is not deep enough to sustain water for very long. Mine lasted 2 years ( used it seasonally, before it started to rust, which clogged the pump....I am going to try to find a deeper stone basin. For now its just a metal ornament in my Alice in Wonderland Garden
