The buffered temperature probe is encased in a bottle filled with glass beads for improved accuracy. The digital temperature controls allow you to set the interior between 2 and 8C. An audible alarm sounds if the temperature goes out of range. We also include a pre-installed 3/8" access port for users to add their own monitoring equipment if preferred. ..The interior includes one wire shelf in the center to hold the temperature probe, as well as two additional adjustable shelves to accommodate different sizes.
