LOVE that it's gluten free and tastes great! Contains sliced almonds and small apple chunks with great flavor. I make mine with almond milk or horchata (for extra cinnamon flavor) and it comes out great every time. It's never lacking in flavor, unlike some other Kind oatmeals. I do sometimes use a bit too much milk, so it gets a bit liquidy, most of which is absorbed if you let it sit a few minutes, but it doesn't affect the flavor at all, and even helps it go down easier (if you have a hard time swallowing dryer food). 10/10 recommend and will continue to buy
