Finally: it fits and I'm pain free.

Spectacular shoe. I was on my feet 2-3 miles every day on a recent trip -- on concrete -- and my feet NEVER hurt. I've always had troubled feet -- compressed nerve, plantar faciitis, and fallen arch (all conditions warranted surgeries). Now that I've found RYKA, I will never wear any other shoe.
