Sticky pad fail.
Terribly disappointed. Step 1 was a fail as the one backing "protective film" supplied failed to stick to my phone and has no stick now. The entire box is useless as-is. I still can't figure out why it comes with two backing magnets but only one sticky pad for the phone. Really annoying.

We apologize for the disappointing experience you had with your MagicMount. We'd be happy to mail out replacement protective films if more are needed. The protective films are not required in order to successfuly use the MagicMount system.
