Vacuum drying boxes are widely used in research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agricultural research, environmental protection, etc. They are used for powder drying, baking, and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers.Heating and drying under vacuum condition shows the following advantages:
a. Drying temperature can be lowered. (Low pressure and low temperature).
b. Oxidation of some articles after heating can be avoided with no damages done by dust.
c. Slaughter of biological cells caused by heated air can be avoided.

Usage and precautions
1. Place the items that need to be dried into the vacuum box, close the box door, close the vent valve, turn on the vacuum pump, connect the vacuum pump to extract air, and achieve the required vacuum degree in the box. Close the vacuum valve and turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump.
2. Turn on the power supply of the vacuum box, select the desired set temperature, and the temperature inside the box will begin to rise. When the temperature inside the box approaches the set temperature, the heating indicator will flash on and off, and the vacuum box will be in working condition. Turn off the power switch according to the different drying times required for different items.
3. After drying, the power should be turned off first, the air release valve should be turned on, and the vacuum inside the box should be relieved. Open the box door and take out the items (when opening the box, due to the deformation of the sealing ring and glass door suction, after releasing the vacuum, wait for a moment for the sealing ring to return to its original shape before opening the box door).
