Really good briefs
Having tried several brands in the past, This one by far is my favorite! It holds quite a bit and I rarely have a leak through. Having said that, if you have an extra "apron" it doesn't contour to it as good to the sides and leaves a gap. So you have to remember to tuck the flaps under the apron, and wear a pair of shorts or something similar to keep it extra tight, to eliminate the possibility of leakage. the tabs do have a yendency to loosen through put the night, so one needs to be cognizant of that, especially if you move atound alot at night.
