The Samsung DeX Station enables you to turn your Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ into a true desktop PC experience. By docking the Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ into the DeX Station, your phone will launch a special DeX mode on the connected external monitor and applications can be opened in multiple separate windows. Connect a mouse, keyboard, and Ethernet cable for added productivity. When there is heavy duty work, you can always launch a virtual desktop application to mirror and control your desktop computer on your Samsung Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+. When docked in DeX Station, your Samsung Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ will charge via USB-C and stay cool with a built-in fan, all while powering your desktop experience.

Great product
This is awesome. While I can't dock my note 9 when it is in a case, it is still worth it. I can dock my phone and either use the phone screen or use a wireless mouse/keyboard to navigate. I prefer the wireless mouse so I don't have to run a long HDMI cable when I want to watch Netflix, etc. on my tv and lounge on the sofa. I have not had to use my laptop at all. Pulling up word docs and excel sheets with my note and DeX is a breeze. My phone charges while docked. I highly recommend. My only wish is that the connection was set out a little farther so I could use the DeX without having to take my phone case off.
Much more than expected! Outstanding value!
The DeX Station nearly seamlessly creates a PC-like experience out of my Note9. With the DeX Labs software running, all of the apps I have opened run in full screen mode on my 22" monitor. The Note9 is awesome on its own, but paired with the DeX station, it is every bit as powerful as the PC I had been using. I did not expect what the DeX Station provides. It is a remarkable value! Of course, I would expect nothing less from Samsung...
Awesome product!
Many have tried and many have failed! This is the closest anyone has gotten to a windows experience, still a couple tweaks to work out, but overall i would defiantly recommend. All you need is a monitor keyboard and mouse, an easy setup at home and at the office and the phone is my new portable PC. Absolutely LOVE IT, can't wait for more apps to be supported in full view. Also read that they will soon announce Linux support, a full running Linux platform, Samsung are market makers!
