We have included a billet flywheel, billet connecting rod, and all the gaskets needed to remove the governor on your GX390, Predator 420 non-Hemi, and most 13 HP Clone engines.This is the perfect addition to get more RPM's from your stock engine, and do it safely!Contents(1) ARC_6623 Billet Flywheel(1) ARC_6272 Billet Connecting Rod(1) R_9732 Gasket SetThe flywheel does not support an electric starter and like all bilet flywheels does not have internal magnets for charging.
