Throw these in your bag or pocket and have them when you need. So much easier than carrying around multiple drinks all day. They taste good warm or cold. They mix extremely well in water. The flavor is light but refreshing. I love that there isn't a bunch of added sugars. It's a perfect option for post-exercise.
