Everyone that has ever had alcohol or medication in any amount should take Milk Thistle. It's the BEST way to gently and naturally detox your liver. I only use Zazzee brand now. 1 Vegan cap daily is all you need. It has no weird aftertaste. I have tried many others that tasted HORRIBLE. Not this brand. It's a high potency extract and I know it is taking care of my liver. I highly recommend this brand. Even if you never drank or took meds, it's a toxic world we live in and this is the best most gentle way I know of to keep your temple detoxed.

I have only had the product for a week so have not noticed any difference from my previous milk thistle supplement. However I do like the strength of the capsule vs having to take 3 or 4 of another brand for the same dose. I also like that it is organic as I am reading more and more about what could be added to non organic products.
