Great fit. Great material. Perfect compression. I got the XXL size and I'm 5-11" tall and weigh around 250lbs. Measuring around my knee area is as follows... just above the knee 18.5" and at about the knee cap it's around 17" and at just under the knee is 15" and calf is around 16.25" or so. Hope that helps. Btw, I'm a disabled vet on top of having been a responder at 9/11 for that whole first week and I am using these under knee brace sock things for the warmer spring/summer months so that the brace doesn't scuff my skin directly. Same concept as wearing a sock in a shoe. Of course in the winter months braces go outside of pant legs so you don't need these "knee sock" things here. But, I might try them under my pants too - with the knee brace over the pant leg - for an extra layer of skin protection and joint strength. I do know that when I am sitting around the house in shorts and just using my canes without the big knee braces, that if I leave these compression knee socks on my knees, they are very comfortable for a long time to just sit around in or lay around in while I'm in my lazyboy. And they do give a little bit of decent support just by themselves which is an added bonus. They are new of course, so I don't know how they'll do long term after they've been through the wash many times. but I only paid $8.77 free shipping for the pair. And I just noticed they dropped the price to $3 but with $4 shipping now. So I got another pair for $7. Works for me. The point being, however they want to do the price, as long as these are under $10 a pair, I'll buy many backup pairs to have laying around just in case my current set loses its elasticity through a bunch of wash/dry cycles. Order ahead of when you want these, they do take a 1-2 weeks to get to you on a slow boat from Shy-nuh.
