Crosley Furniture KO70003BR-SA Palm Harbor 3-Piece Resin Wicker Outdoor Seating Set (Brown/Sand)

Receive this furniture in about six boxes. It took about five hours to put this furniture together along with two additional chairs. I was sent the wrong cushion cover color. I called Hayneedle and was offered a refund (small) instead of returning the cushion covers.Had one major problem could not get the nuts to screw on tight. All the furniture was wobbley. Had to call customer service-and and was mailed replacement nuts a week later but in the interim Purchased a socket screwdriver to tighten all the nuts. Needless to say the tools that came with the furniture did not suffice with putting everything together properly. What an inconvenience. Very time-consuming. After the daelay and headache, the furniture does look nice. Will see how good this "" weathered furniture last throughout the year.

My husband struggled for over 3 hours assembling the chair, tiny screws barely fitting into the holes, if there were 2 people handling the sides, while holding the front piece things would have been much smoother. Looks nice on our small deck.
