Trying to send my brother a house warming gift was a nightmare to California from Arizona, Walmart canceled my order without notifying me about two times, customer service wasn't great until I actually got a hold to someone who knew their job. stating that there's been a lot of fraud going on which had nothing to do with me. Customer service need better training and customer communication. The process was a nightmare. But after all of that my brother really like it plus sent me a video of the island.

I called the company who said it was discontinued so they didn't think they'd be able to help me. They had me email them with pictures of the order form, the box and the finished cart. I still have not heard back from them.
