Very disapointed

I only recieved the puffed heart charm. No 18 inch cable chain was with it. Very dissapointed because it was a Valentines gift. I sent a message to Walmart and the message was forwarded to Jewelry Pot. Walmart said that there would be a response in 24 hours. That was on the 15th. I have not heard from them yet. I want the chain that was supposed to be with it. If that's not possible, I want a refund.
