Where's the rest of my merchandise?

According to the details I was supposed to get the heart the chain and a gift box . All I received was the heart! I had to email the company and a week later I received the chain but no gift box . I knew the price was too good to be true. Very disappointed with the service but I do like the heart. On the invoice it reads if not happy to get in touch with them before writing a bad review. Why would you have to have that on an invoice?
