Connection steps:

1. Make sure Bluetooth permission and location service are turned on.

2. Download “Sensor Blue” on App Store or Google Play.

3. Click icon "＋" to add the hygrometer.

Note:

1. This product is the Bluetooth version (not WiFi version). Make sure that the Bluetooth permission and the location service are activated. If you have received a constant reading for a long time, please try to replace a new battery.

2. Please pay attention to the open environment where the effective Bluetooth range is within 20 meters. If there is an obstacle in the middle, the effective measuring range is shortened or the measurement does not change and cannot be connected.

3. To extend the battery life, when the phone screen is turned off, the screen is locked or other applications are used, the app switches to the background operation state and separates from the thermo hygrometer. It takes a few seconds for the thermometer and hygrometer to be connected again when you use the app again. If only the humidity does not work, the humidity value may not have changed in the current period. On the back of the temperature and humidity meter there is a ventilation. Make sure not to block them. For example: Do not stick to the wall. The product is not waterproof. Please do not place the Bluetooth thermometer sensor in a fridge or container with water.
