Cuisinart Chef'S Classic Enameled Cast Iron 5 Qt. Round Covered Casserole-Cardinal Red

I picked up the 5-qt red Cuisinart Dutch oven from Walmart—even though most recipes call for a 5.5-qt, this one works beautifully.
