Cuisinart Chef's Classic Enameled Cast Iron Round Covered Casserole, 5 Qt, Cardinal Red

I picked up the 5-qt red Cuisinart Dutch oven from Walmart—even though most recipes call for a 5.5-qt, this one works beautifully.
