Constructed from robust 1” Dia., 304 Marine Grade Mirror Polished Stainless Steel tubing and hardware, this rack is built to withstand the harsh marine environment. It easily attaches to straight or tapered, vertical or diagonal rails from 7/8” (22 mm) to 1-1/2” (38 mm) diameter, accommodating all popular kayak or board sizes. Magma’s exclusive quick-release knob system allows each arm to instantly rotate out of the way when not in use, or swing tighter for smaller watercraft. Each arm features pre-installed UV resistant padding to protect your gear and includes two tie-down points for securing straps while underway, or for use with a cable lock when docked. Made well, works well.
Only Issue I had is the vertical supports for my bow rail are at quite a forward leaning angle. These racks can't adjust to offset the angle so they are not as aesthetically pleasing as I had hoped. But the function as intended.
