This is the set to get.

My advice: If you are considering whether to get this set of bands or one of the sets that provides less resistance (such as 100 pounds or 150 pounds), GET THIS ONE. You will appreciate the higher resistance (up to 270 pounds), especially if you do large muscle movements like squats and core work. Even if you want lighter resistance, the smallest band in this set is 15 pounds, which is close to nothing. Product was exactly as described, and arrived on time.
