I love that it has a magnetic closure. It's very easy to take your phone in and out of it. The privacy screen is a nice addition to the case, and I love the green color. It keeps my phone protected from falls or scratches, and unfortunately, I do drop my phone a lot. I highly recommend this case. It comes in several bold colors.

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

This review is from a very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. This seller (TCGeneration/Brian) is unreliable and cannot be trusted. TCGeneration indicates on the Walmart website that items can be returned in the store which is not true. If you try to return items in the store, the store is unable to to process the return and you will need to contact Walmart customer service. Walmart customer service will contact TCGeneration/Brian and Brian is more than happy for you to return the items, but Brian wants you to pay for the shipping. Once you indicate that TCGeneration should pay for the shipping, Brian will send you a shipping label. After you ship the items back to Brian, he won't inform Walmart that he received the items so Walmart is unable to process your return. Brian tried to keep over $750 of merchandise that I returned to him as well as my money. It took 4 months of conversations with Walmart - over 30 phone calls between Walmart/myself/credit card company and over 25 e-mails between Walmart/TCGeneration (specifically Brian)/myself before this issue was resolved. Brian will word his responses to e-mails such that he never indicates the items were returned to him. The items were shipped to his home based on the tracking information on the UPS website. Keep all tracking information from UPS (including pictures showing delivery) because Brian will drag out the process so long that the tracking information will disappear from the UPS website. In addition, since Brian drags out the process so long, the credit card company doesn't want to help any longer since it is past the 60/90 days to dispute a purchase. Since Brian won't inform Walmart that the items are returned to him, Walmart will tell your credit card company that the items were not returned and therefore the credit card company is unable to give you a credit. In the end, it was up to me to show Walmart that the items were returned to TCGeneration/Brian before they issued a credit to my account. My issue had to be elevated to Billing/Disputes within Walmart since Customer Service over the phone could no longer help me with my situation. Be ready to explain the issue with each new Walmart customer service representative you speak to on the phone and be sure to follow-up every few days to ensure your item is returned and your refund is issued. If you are not persistent, you won't receive your refund and you also won't have any merchandise. In other words, you lose twice while TCGeneration/Brian will win twice since TCGeneration/Brian will keep the money and the merchandise and you literally will have nothing in terms of money and merchandise. Buyer beware - you have been warned by a very upset and DISSATISTIED CUSTOMER. This experience has ensure that I will never use a Marketplace seller on Walmart ever again. No savings is worth the grief and time wasted to obtain my refund!
