Landscape fabric

Very thin plastic, not what I expected. It's ok if you are using it under your bushes. I wanted for my garden as a weed barrier.

Save Your money

I have never written a review for any product because I'm more of a customer beware type of person. However, I feel compelled to write one on this product. I was tired of tilling and pulling weeds in the past so I figured I would buy this and it would make life easier and free up my time. I figured the 6 year would be fine because I was only going to use it for one season and then pitch it and use new next year. I went to a great deal of trouble to install it neatly in 30 foot pieces my garden looked great and I didn't walk on it because I didn't want to mess it up. As I installed it I noticed in the first 20 feet several places it was torn--just figured it was a tension problem in production--no big deal, life goes on. After 2 weeks I walked across it to water the tomatoes---everywhere I stepped it ripped---I got down and looked at it and it would come apart like tissue paper---I couldn't believe it was so delicate. Now 4 weeks into this the weeds are coming up in all of the little holes in it--and I can't till it---I mean this fabric is so delicate it just falls apart. The garden next to mine put down fabric after they saw how nice mine looked ---They stretched theirs tight and I thought to myself they will be sorry---but theirs looks great---there are about 80 gardens around mine--community park board gardens--and everyone wonders what happened so quickly to my fabric that they all admired when I put it down. I have no good answer--except poor quality of product. So that is why I am writing this to warn you this is not 6 year, not even 6 weeks it lasted. Walmart did a great job on the order and delivery and service aspect. Have I complained --no---just wanted to warn others so they won't screw up their garden.
