We love this herbal tea! Great for calming our digestion and also great for soothing our muscles and joints when we are experiencing pain, like from exercise, yard work %26 gardening, and also from arthritis. We also like it's very distinctive, slightly bitter flavor! We're not doctors but this is what works for us, maybe it will help ease your pain, too.

This is organic pure product and I cannot sleep without it. If you have any inflammation especially arthritis, you need to take this tea.
