Good quality elastic. I am going to enclose it in a waistband casing, but it is probably soft enough not to.

Arrived dirty. :/

The elastic was just as described;however, mine was dirty and I wasn't able to take it off. I realize it's for an elastic for a waistband and no one will see it but I was manipulating it for face masks. The bag itself wasn't dirty so the elastic must have been dirty prior to sending it.
