We warrant that all Company products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) or for the applicable minimum required warranty period in the location where the product is sold (the “Limited Warranty Period”). If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. a little hard to shake
My baby really likes this toy as far as the colors and sounds; however, I have mixed feelings about it because it only really lights up if you hit it on something, doesn't really light up as advertised by shaking it unless you do it really hard and fast. My baby can't make it light up by himself yet, so I have to keep doing it for him. I just feel like it's not the best for a starter toy if your baby is just learning to grasp things. I don't think it'll hold their attention well unless you keep doing it for them. So unless your baby likes slamming toys into things, I wouldn't recommend it, but other than that, the quality does seem really nice.
