Basic information, impractical recipes

How I wish people would quit giving me cookbooks. I have no more room and I nearly always print a page off the internet rather than drag out a book with food stains. Hence, I was somewhat compelled to read a Christmas present 'Pure and Simple' and found the food advise to be similar, but, remedial compared with the South Beach diet. If you know very little about good carbs and fats and want a quick and light read, P
