Great for people with Lymphedema.

After splitting out multiple pairs of size 10 - 6E width regular shoes, I found these. I have Lymphedema which causes my feet to intermittently swell to 150% larger than normal and the Velcro straps on these are perfect to easily make adjustments for constantly changing foot sizes. They are OK for walking in, but you could never run in them because the soles barely bend and you have to walk flat-footed.
